Mr. Knudson is a well known authority in the area of Senior Life Settlement Funds and Longevity Asset Management and Investment. Mr. Knudson, in his capacity as a partner of Daily & Knudson Law Group has served as trustee to several international entities and has reviewed escrowed, maintained and settled dozens of Life Settlement Investment portfolios of life insurance policies with a face value of $1.2 billion dollars. Mr. Knudson has extensive experience in structuring equity and debt financing for Asset Backed Securities (ABS) and Collateralized Debt Obligation (CDO) structured financing transactions and establishing domestic and foreign investment funds for clients ranging from start-up ventures to private equity management and he is highly regarded for his expertise in corporate formation, structure and governance.
